Siline Jean, Cap-Haitian, joined our team in June 2024 as a part-time custodian. Respectful, trustworthy, and armed with a great sense of humor, Siline is a valuable team player who’s always willing to help.

Siline Jean keeps the yard and the APMCH offices clean. He also runs errands for all staff members. Usually, he would walk a long distance or take public transportation to find whatever he’s supposed to buy for the office. He doesn’t like to return empty handed.

One time, we ran out of gas for the generator and Siline Jean took public transportation and went to another small town to buy 5 gallons of gasoline so we could have electricity.

Outside the office, Siline Jean leads a devout life, regularly participating in activities within his religious community alongside his work. The respect he holds for himself, others, and his commitment are the guiding principles that serve as a beacon in his relationships with others.
