Roody Louis joined our team in November 2025 as the Director of Entrepreneurship to take the lead of the EMPLOY program. In this role, Roody Louis tackles the loan portfolio and in his first 6 months, successfully retrieved unpaid loan money by reaching out to reluctant beneficiaries.

Roody Louis manages both teams in Cap-Haitian and Marmelade to give a new leadership to the loan programs so that beneficiaries could aim at new goals, and APMCH leaders can provide more options for growth to all of the participants after their training, whether they receive a loan or not.

Roody Louis is married and has three girls. Outside of work, he’s an entrepreneur who invests in propane gas. He spends his weekends driving his girls to tennis classes, natation, and managing extra curricula activities for the girls and their friends. Roody Louis is respectful, friendly and has a great sense of humor.
