Marcot Vernoïs is our APMCH archive. He joined our team in 2010 when there was no team to join yet. Marcot Vernoïs was Jim Willey’s right hand man when the H4H and APMCH founder came to Haiti after the 2010 earthquake to help give hope to a country in peril.

Marcot Vernoïs is always calm and likes to listen to everyone before giving his advice and sharing his experiences. As the administrator, Marcot Vernoïs is a cornerstone of the organization. As a member of the leadership team, he shares his wisdom and holds Jim’s dream high like a lantern for all employees to follow.

Outside of work, Marcot Vernoïs is a devoted husband and father of three. He’s the lead pastor and runs a school in the countryside to support children in need through a strong bilingual education that will secure them a bright future. Marcot Vernoïs is humble, respectful, and reliable.
