André James officially joined our team in May 2025 as the lead security agent for APMCH. André James has been at home with APMCH since before he was part of the team. As a security agent for another agency, André James was assigned to the APMCH office for the morning shift.

Since the beginning of his assignment, he always went above and beyond his tasks until he had one foot as a hired contractor, and another foot as part of the APMCH family. Now that he’s really a staff member, André James continues to support the office by staying alert for any security issues. He’s proactive, reliable and hard-working.

André James is a devoted husband and father. Outside of work, André James takes care of his garden in the countryside. He grows pineapples that he sells in bulk to vendors. He also grows plantains and other vegetables to provide for his family. He also has farm animals such as hens and goats. He dreams of starting a small business to sell food products.
